Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process your cancellation immediately. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer service team. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already been packaged or shipped.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or order confirmation number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. Refunds will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error. Sale items are only eligible for store credit unless otherwise specified.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some financial institutions may take longer to process transactions. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company as they may have the refund pending approval. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and we will investigate the matter promptly.
